Hello and welcome to Jurett Australian Shepherds, an ASCA registered kennel. We are located north of Oconomowoc, WI. We are about 45 minutes West of Milwaukee and 1 hour East of Madison.
I was introduced to the Australian Shepherd in 1998 when I attended a dog show with a friend. My friends mother was showing her Aussies. Not long after that first show and I was totally hooked. I purchased my first Aussie in 1999, Blackhawk Remarkably Red Hot "Onyx".
Since becoming involved with Aussies I've competed in Conformation and Obedience with a very brief trial of agility. I've also been very involved with the local Aussie Club, Rock River Valley. I've served on the board off and on since 2003 holding the positions of Vice President, Secretary and board member. I am also a member of the Australian Shepherd Club of America and Western Waukesha County Dog Training Club.
